By booking a reading with me, you are agreeing to all the Terms and Conditions. 

A divinatory reading should never be used in place of professional counseling.

Your reading cannot offer legal, medical, business, or financial advice.

When asked a question that falls outside of my scope of practice, I will redirect you to an appropriate professional.

I am NOT a licensed therapist, psychologist, or counselor. By booking a reading with me, you acknowledge that I’ve conveyed this to you.

​In certain jurisdictions, a Psychic/Medium reader or practitioner engaged in practices that legally fall under the scope of “fortune-telling or divination” is required to disclose to you that such readings should be for entertainment purposes only, and if such a law applies to your reading, then you are hereby on notice thereof. That being said, I take the use of my gifts very seriously, and I will approach your reading with appropriate gravitas and reverence. So while I encourage you to take my readings as entertainment, please know that I do not approach them as entertainment from my end and that I regard every reading as an extension of my personal spiritual beliefs.

Anything health-related should be consulted with a Licensed Medical Professional. Anything law-related should be consulted with a Lawyer

I welcome all clients regardless of ethnicity, sexual orientation, race, or gender identity, and if you have any type of disability, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you. 

All information discussed by clients is kept confidential. Do note, however, that I may anonymously reference an aspect of your reading for the purposes of teaching.  I will never reveal your name or identity.

I will not read a person that has not provided expressed authorization to be read, no exceptions! 

You need to be at least 18 years old to receive a reading from me, with no exceptions.

I reserve the right to listen to my intuition. If I feel that you will not be served by a reading from me, I will offer a refund and will decline to provide services. I will refer you to another metaphysical practitioner, if appropriate. If a client is unwilling to respect my boundaries, I will refuse service and offer a refund.

Cancelation policies 

By booking a reading with me, you are agreeing to all the aforementioned policies and terms. 

All appointment cancelation requests need to be done no less than 48 hours in advance. If you do not cancel within this time frame, I will not be able to offer you a refund, but I may offer to reschedule your reading dependent on the circumstances of your cancellation, as long as an explanation is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Reading services are only confirmed once payment is received & must be paid prior to service. Once a date/time is agreed upon, an email will be sent. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy with a full refund. If you cancel or do not show up less than 48 hours before your appointment, you forgo your payment. Same-day appointments agreed to forgo getting a refund in case of no show or last-minute cancelation.

​If you are within 10 minutes late to your session, your session will continue but your session time will be cut short to accommodate the clients following you. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you forgo your session and payment. You may reschedule your session at the full session price by visiting https://www.atlantapsychicmedium.com/collections/all

Virtual readings are done via skype (YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A SKYPE ACCOUNT). The link for video readings will be sent with a calendar invite once payment has been received. If you don’t want to use video, you are welcome to do just a voice call with the same link. 

Please note there is a sitting fee for those joining private readings. If someone joins without paying the sitting fee, they will be asked to leave, and/or your appointment will be canceled. Once you’ve paid your invoice, a calendar confirmation will be sent within 24 hours. We assume you’ve received the invite unless you notify us otherwise prior to your appointment.

When choosing to purchase questions, please be aware that it has to be something specific.  General questions will not be answered since they are considered a full reading and no refund will be provided.

To cancel a purchased email reading, contact me within 6 hours of purchase and I will refund it to you.  I try to send the answers within 24 hours of receiving the question.

I do not give refunds for completed readings. Sometimes, information may come forth in a reading that is difficult to receive or is not what you were expecting to receive. That is an essential part of my job, sometimes you will get what you need to know and not what you were hoping to hear. my job is to pass along the messages I receive.  As such, I cannot grant refunds based on a negative response to a reading, should this occur.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable and have an expiration date. 

Events: All events in-person and digital events are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Atlanta Psychic Medium
